After spending the better part of a year on the road with the Irish band Ceann, I developed a real taste for the music. In keeping with my style of production and my favorite other genres, I decided to rearrange traditional Irish themes and melodies and build entirely new songs. "A New Shade of Green" is the result of that plan. I delve into elements of progressive rock, jazz fusion, metal, hip hop, and briefly, even punk and balladry. This is definitely one of "my" records, but with a unique and unexpected twist for anyone that's been a listener of mine beforehand. Hope you dig!
